Terms and Charges for Delivery, Buffet Set Up & Full Service


GENERAL TERMS: 

Please place your orders ONE WEEK in advance. For larger Receptions call us TWO WEEKS in advance.

All items will be packed only in disposable dishes. Chafing Dishes, Food Warmers, Linens, Skirting etc., can be rented from us depending on availability. Please call in advance.

PICK UP BY CUSTOMER: You may pick up the food from our facility at the stipulated time.

DELIVERY BY JRC STAFF:  The delivery charge will be $ 2.00 per running mile (minimum delivery charge is $25.00).  Your charge will depend upon the distance between your facility and ours.  Our Staff will deliver the food at the Front Door or in the Garage of your house or at the docking deck or entrance of other facilities.  Delivery will not include brining the food to basement of houses or set up of the food at your facility.

FULL SERVICE:

1.     Buffet Set Up.

Setting up the buffet tables by our staff will be performed only if the client chooses to use our Staff for service also.  

Buffet tables are to be provided by the client. Buffet for up to 100 persons will require 3 Buffet Tables. We will provide the linen, skirting, chafing dishes, and serving utensils.  We can provide Disposable Paper Plates, Napkins and Plastic Ware $ 0.75 per person.

For elaborate setup additional staff will be required. We can also provide China, Glasses, Silverware, linen Napkins, and linen for dinner tables for additional charge.  Please contact us ahead of time to make the appropriate arrangements prior to signing the contract.

The Charge for the Buffet Set Up is $ 45.00 for up to 100 guests, $ 90.00 for 100 to 200 guests, and  $ 135.00 for 200 to 400 guests.

2.     Wait Staff. 

A minimum of two servers are required for serving food to 50 to 100 guests if disposable dishes are used.  One more Server is required for every additional 100 guests.

The charge for two Servers for a 5-hour period is $ 250.00.  Charge for each additional server is $ 125.00. The time starts after the server(s) reach the place of the function.  Additional time (if required) will be charged at the rate of $30.00 per hour per server.  

Buffet attendants are responsible only for the Buffet Tables and the Kitchen.  General cleaning of the facility is not included.
